The estimated total return ranges from about 13% to 17% p.a., depending on the LTV level. It consists of 10% annual interest plus an arrangement fee. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Each loan is secured by a mortgage on real estate, a notarial submission to enforcement (Art. 777 of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure) and a power of attorney to sell the property.

LTV (loan-to-value) is the ratio of the loan amount to the property value. The lower the LTV, the larger the collateral surplus over the loan.
